First we go to VPSControl interface.
log in
We click on «My VPSs»
We click on the button «Manage»
We click on the button «Install/Reinstall»
Here we select the distribution you want to install, We can also put a descriptive name to this installation.
Press «Accept»
Here is a check box «Advanced»
When selected, partition editor appears.
Here select the mount point and the file system, we also modified the size that we give to partition the first two green arrows increase and decrease the size of a 1 Gigabyte, the other two green arrows increase and decrease to 10 Gigabytes, and click on the button «Add»
Select another mount point, file system, size and click on the button «Add»
Again select another mount point, file system, size and click on the button «Add»
If you do not want to add more mount points do click on the «Accept»
We will see our VPS settings and return to click on the «Accept»
The VPS is being installed as it says the message, click on the «Continue»
While installing you can configure the reverse DNS, click on the button «Reverse DNS»
We click on the button «Set RDNS»
Put the reverse domain our VPS IP
We click on the button «Accept»
With this we have defined the reverse DNS domain
We click again on the «Manage VPS» and look to finish installing
When finished the installation
We check the mail where we got the data to enter the same
We entered our VPS by ssh
We upgrade our system to make sure this date, in this example as we use Debian with apt-get
We check the mount points with the command «mount»
We check the size of the partitions with the command «df -h»
We log out and check the reverse resolution of our IP
NOTE: Sometimes takes up to spread the DNS ( typically less than 10 minutes )
Then we log out WEB interface
